My name is David Fisher and I am the current President of the National Black Police Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter. I also sit on the National Black Police Association Board of Directors, as an Eastern Region Delegate.

My name is Michelle Haines and I have 36 years of service with the Philadelphia Police Department. The majority of those years were in investigations.  In 2002, I was promoted to Detective and assigned to Southwest Detectives, where the majority of my career was cultivated.

My name is Stephanie Purnell and I am a retired 26-year veteran PPD detective. Having served in patrol in the 39th District for 10 years, before being assigned to the Civil Affairs Unit, where she was promoted to Detective in 1991 and served as a Detective for the latter 16 years.

My name is Chynelle Washington, 8 year veteran police officer assigned to the 12th District. I have been a proud member of the National Black Police Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter for 5 years and serve as your Corresponding Secretary as a board member.

My name is Sergio Diggs and a 16-year member of the Philadelphia Police Department and a veteran of the United States Air Force. Formerly, I was assigned to the “Elite” Highway Patrol Unit, but I am now a Sergeant in the 9th police district.

My name is Jack Kenner. Serving the Philadelphia Police Department as a 29 year veteran. During my career, it has been an honor to service my community while assigned to Center City District, 39th District, Narcotics Strike Force, The Mayor’s Detail, and currently assigned to Traffic.
